Wholistic Woman Retreats

Wholistic Woman Retreats

Carol is the Founder of the Wholistic Coaching Coalition which provides creative personal and professional development programs for women to discover, reflect, and grow their whole self: body, heart, mind, and spirit. Through evening retreats, day-long retreats, podcasts, and webinars the Wholistic Coaches provide enriching opportunities for women to learn, connect, and grow in a supportive community.

Carol believes that whenever we take care of ourselves, we are having a retreat!

Retreats, therefore, come in many forms such as:

  • Having a solitary cup of tea
  • Enjoying lunch with friends
  • Learning new skills at an informational seminar
  • Taking time away for a renewal
  • Energizing your body with movement
  • Attending an interactive and enriching day-long program, and more…

 What does “Wholistic” mean?

“Wholistic”, by our definition, means to intentionally grow each aspect of your unique self, body, heart, mind, and spirit, in order to achieve greater confidence in expressing yourself authentically, both personally and professionally.

The Wholistic Woman Community provides fun, enriching, and supportive experiences to encourage your growth as you explore and integrate each aspect of yourself.

We believe that you already have what you need to Be Whole. We offer you guidance and companionship on the journey as you seek to be more fully your Self.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us. It is in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson
