Carol is the best of the best!!!

I was introduced to Carol by a friend in late 2012.  At the time IWohlfarth-Julie 3 was looking for guidance on how to go about starting a training and development program at work (with no prior training experience). Carol took the time to help me organize my professional priorities which lead me to exploring and defining my personal priorities.  And because of Carol’s assistance 2013 was a great year for me personally and professionally.  Many if not all of the workshops I attended helped me tremendously in both arenas. I attended most of her monthly workshops including One Word.

When I received personal coaching services it included an in-depth strengths analysis utilizing Strengths Finder 2.0 which I highly, highly recommend everyone to explore. I also took Carol’s Energy Leadership class – this was the best time and money I have ever spent!  I unequivocally recommend Carol as a personal ‘life’ coach and as a professional trainer.  She is fantastic one-on-one as well as genuinely connecting with an audience. I have observed Carol in many different settings with very different groups and with different dynamics going on and she has an incredible gift in connecting.  I guess the one best phrase that describes Carol is ‘genuinely gifted at discerning the issues and guiding you to come up with the solution(s). ~ Julie Wohlfarth

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us. It is in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson
